IRSC may later provide a facility for staff from IRSC Collaborating centres and individuals from the developing world to provide a short descriptions of their expertise and e mail contact details so that others interested in collaborating on research or consulting projects can contact them to check their availability

This will provide a pool of international expertise and a network spanning the developing world and provide opportunities for local specialists and experts in the developing world to get international exposure of their skills and expertise. They do not currently have such opportunities to get their skills / expertise known or to get access to such international research or projects. This will offer new opportunities for the IRSC network of academics and researchers to collaborate in international research and projects.
